Ingredients:
250g butter (牛油)
55g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
6 egg yolks (蛋黃)
6 egg whites (蛋白)
105g (1/2 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)砂糖
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
50ml milk (鲜奶)
100g(1 cup) toasted walnut, copped (烘香核桃,切碎)
60g chocolate rice (巧克力米)
Bake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes
