كوب زبادي
ثلث كوب زيت
ربع كوب عصير ليمون
ملعقه كبيره خل
ثوم ٣ فصوص كبيرة
ملعقه كبيره بابريكا
نصف ملعقه كبيره كمون
نصف ملعقه صغيره كركم
ملعقه صغيره فلفل اسود
ملعقه صغيره بصل بودرة
نصف ملعقه صغيره كزبرة
نصف ملعقه كبيره اوريجانو
ملح حسب الذوق
ورق غار
عود قرفه
ثلاث حبات هيل

طريقة التحضير تخلط جميع المكونات و نتبل الدجاج بها ليله كامله أو أربع ساعات أقل شي

2 Chicken breast
1 cup of yogurt
1/3 cup of oil
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tbsp of vinegar
Garlic
1 tbsp of paprika
1/2 tbsp of oregano
1/2 tbsp of cumin
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of cilantro
Salt
