After hundreds of cook with pork tenderloin I have mastered the art of cooking the PERFECT TENDERLOIN sous vide. I am also making a delicious mushroom sauce to go with the pork. This is a perfect meal which is easy and fast to make for a perfect week day.

HOW TO COOK PORK TENDERLOIN SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 2hrs @ (137°F / 58°C)

* MUSHROOM SAUCE *
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups white mushrooms
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Pork Loin Stock from Sous Vide Bag
3 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Salted Butter
Garnish with Parsley

* CABBAGE SALAD *
4 cups Red Cabbage
1 tbsp Red White Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dejon Mustard
2 tbsp Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Green Onions
Salt & Black Pepper
