河南郑州的管城区有家清真羊肉汤老店，熬制的羊汤色泽奶白，加上整碗的肉，配上海带面筋等杂菜，热气腾腾入口浓郁。特别是35一份的原油肉，肉质鲜嫩量又足，配烧饼吃，无限续汤很像西安的水盆羊肉。以前小板凳坐满一条街，现在人太多坐不下，顾客坐满马路两边两间店。
