鳳凛の旅記録🍃

今回は五頭温泉郷 村杉温泉に行ってきました。
こちらは、この日の前に、三川まんじゅうさんに
「温泉マニアがこぞっていく温泉」と紹介された旅館です。

村杉温泉は、日本四大ラジウム温泉の一つ。
多量なラジウムを含有する「奇跡の温泉」と呼ばれています。

ラジウム温泉とは、ラジウムやラドンを含む温泉を「放射能泉」。
放射能と聞くと、体に悪い影響がありそうなイメージですが、
「生物に対して通常有害な作用を示すものが、微量であれば逆に良い作用を示す生理的刺激作用」をもたらすそうです。
なんて面白い。

そんな放射能泉は、ガンによく効きます。
また、免疫力を高める「ホルミシス効果」や
体の活動を活性化し、老化を抑制して寿命を延ばす「バイオポジティブな効果」もあるそう。

村杉温泉で働く方に聞くと、8割はガン治療の方だそうです。
湯治という言葉は本物なのだと実感しました。

特に村杉温泉の源泉はラドンの量が国内最大級、湧出量も豊富で、まさに「国宝級」の温泉です。
