250g salted butter （有盐奶油）
230g caster sugar （细砂糖）
5 eggs（鸡蛋）
230g plain flour (普通面粉或低筋面粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉）
50g milk （牛奶)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (香草精）

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes
7” baking tin
