Ingredients:
pork ham hock - 4 pieces
bay leaves - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black peppercorns - 5 g (0.18 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
onion - 3 pieces
carrots - 2 pieces
chili pepper - 2 g (0.07 oz)
beer - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
water - 2 l (0.52 gallon)
TO BOIL 3 H
pickled cabbage - 300 g (10.6 oz)
bacon - 100 g (3.5 oz)
granulated garlic - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard seeds- 10 g (0.35 oz)
beer - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
honey - 30 g (1 oz)
for the sauce:
oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
mustard - 30 g (1 oz)
soy sauce - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes
Tray size 25 X 30 cm (10 x 12 in)
