Senior & Beginner Workout - Barre Exercises in a Chair to Tone & Tighten the Whole Body
This video is a 25 minute full body workout with exercise inspired by ballet including the toning benefits of barre.
Barre in a chair is a fun and unique workout for everybody.
Don’t let this seated position fool you, this can be challenging for anyone!

No equipment needed, simply a chair. We will work our arms, shoulders, back, calves, glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps.
You will feel the burn in this workout. Please make sure you stay for the stretch. It’s crucial to stretch not only to increase flexibility, but to reduce soreness as well.
Go at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and jump back in when you are ready.
