INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Chicken, cut into pieces (I suggest that you use different chicken parts) ***Native chicken tastes better for this recipe.
2 medium size Red Onions, sliced
3 thumbsize Ginger, crushed and sliced
6 Tomatoes, sliced
6 Tbsps Bagoong isda
1 medium size Ampalaya, sliced
100 gms Sotanghon (Vermicelli)
2 1/2 cups Water
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsps Cooking Oil (or you can use a little Pork fat instead of cooking oil)
1/2 tsp Seasoning of your choice
Salt, to taste
