Cake flour 250 g
Sugar 100 g
a pinch of salt
Baking powder 4 g (1 teaspoon)
All eggs 2
Unsalted butter 30 g
1/2 lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon of almond essence
Almond 100 g
-Directions
Divide the dough into two, shape it into a rod shape of about 20 cm and bake it at 180 ℃ for 30 minutes.
Remove Biscotti from the oven, let it to cool for 10 minutes, then cut with a kitchen knife and bake at 180 ℃ for 15 minutes.
