配方:
1. 包子皮:中筋面粉350克,白砂糖3克, 盐1克,干酵母2克,温水190-200克(ml)
2. 包子馅:猪肉馅380克,盐2克,黄豆酱50克,面酱50克,葱180克,姜15克,蒜15克,老抽10ml, 五香粉0.3克(选项--可以不加),白砂糖50-55克。
Ingredients:
1. Dough: all-purpose flour 350g, sugar 3g, salt 1g, dry instant yeast 2g and warm water 190-200ml
2. Filling: ground pork 380g, salt 2g, soybean paste 50g, bean paste 50g, green onion 180g, ginger 15g, garlic 15g, soy sauce 10ml, five-spice 0.3g (optional), sugar 50-55g
