来一份松软可口的法式舒芙蕾吧!这次我做了两种口味,一种是经典的蛋黄,另一种是更低脂的草莓。相比较而言,我觉得还是蛋黄的好吃多了

【食材/Ingredients】
经典蛋黄舒芙蕾:鸡蛋2个,黄油15g,牛奶80ml,低筋面粉10g,细砂糖15g(蛋黄配5g,蛋白配10g),室温融化的黄油30g,细砂糖(贴碗壁用),糖粉(装饰用)

草莓版本:五个草莓(120g),30g玉米淀粉,40ml水搅匀,2个蛋白,糖30g(草莓蛋白各15g),柠檬汁4ml,细砂糖(贴碗壁用),糖粉(装饰用)

Classical souffle: 2 large eggs, unsalted butter 15g, milk 80ml, cake flour 10g, caster sugar 15g (10g for egg white, 5g for egg yolk), butter (for brushing ramekins), caster sugar (inside ramekins), powder sugar (decorational)

Strawberry souffle: 5 medium strawberries (120g), corn starch 30g, water 40ml, 2 egg white, caster sugar 30g (half or strawberry puree, half for egg white), lemon juice 4ml, caster sugar (inside ramekins), powder sugar (decorational)
