配方 Ingredients (8 pieces):

温牛奶140毫升Lukewarm milk 140 ml
温水140毫升Lukewarm water 140 ml
酵母3克Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖10克Granulated Sugar 10 g (2 tsp)
中筋面粉或高筋面包粉400克
All-purpose flour or bread flour 400 g (3 cups)
盐6克 salt 6 g (1 tsp)
橄榄油或其他植物油炒菜油15毫升
Olive oil or other vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)

顶部配料 Topping (optional):
葱花20克green onion 20 g
盐1克salt 1 g (less 1/4 tsp)
白芝麻3克sesame seeds 3 g (1 tsp)
炒菜油35毫升cooking oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)
或者直接用橄榄油或融化的无盐黄油
Or olive oil or melted unsalted butter
香菜或欧芹 Chopped Cilantro or parsley
