इन दो आसान तरीकों से बनाएं राजस्थान के पारंपरिक बाटी । इस तरह से बने बाटी खाने में इतने स्वादिष्ट बनेंगे की फ़िर कभी बाहर से खाने का मन नही करेगा ।
Ingredients for Rajasthan's traditional Bati -
(HINDI)
आटा - २ कप (३०० ग्राम)
सूजी – १/४ कप (५० ग्राम)
नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया (दरदरा) – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
मीठा सोडा – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी – १/४ कप + पकाने अनुसार
पानी (गुनगुना) – १/२ कप

Wheat flour – 2 cup (300 gm)
Semolina – ¼ cup (50 gm)
Salt – ½ tsp
Coriander seeds (beaten) – ½ tsp
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee – ¼ cup + to cook
Water (lukewarm) – ½ cup
