2 thumb size ginger
1 large (1.5 pounds) milk fish
5 gloves of garlic
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 large onion, sliced
2 medium tomato
1 small bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
