一个想做很久的蒸大理石芝士蛋糕。蛋糕口感嫩滑细腻,有点像比较湿润的轻乳酪蛋糕。刚入口时蛋糕偏淡,一会儿奶香味才会释放。没加牛油和任何食用油,所以蛋糕吃起来不油腻,感觉比较没有负担

材料:
1)蛋 – 4个
2)奶油奶酪 – 226g
3)糖 – 110g (分成50g & 60g)
4)鲜奶油 – 135g
5)低筋面粉 – 115g
6)白醋 – 1 tsp
7)可可粉 – 1 tbsp
8)热水 – 2 tbsp

*锅盖用布包着防止蒸的时候水气滴在蛋糕表面。
*可以用中筋面粉取代低筋面粉,口感没多大影响。

1)Eggs – 4
2)Cream Cheese – 226g
3)Sugar – 110g (Divide into 50g & 60g)
4)Whipping Cream – 135g
5)Cake Flour – 115g
6)White Vinegar – 1 tsp
7)Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp
7)Hot Water – 2 tbsp

*Cover the lid with a cloth while steaming to prevent the water from dripping onto the surface of the cake.
*You can replace cake flour with all purpose flour, the texture doesn’t affect much.
