Ingredients :
125g (1/2 cup) butter （牛油）
75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
2 large eggs ~ grade A （鸡蛋）
125g (1 cup) plain flour （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
30g (1/3 cup) ground almond （杏仁粉）
2 tbsp orange juice （橙汁）
1 orange zest （1粒橙皮屑）

Cheese topping （芝士奶油霜）：
125g (1/2 cup) cream cheese （奶油芝士）
50g (1/4 cup) butter （牛油）
50g (1/3 cup) icing sugar （糖粉）
1 tbsp orange juice （橙汁）
1/2 orange zest （半粒橙皮屑）
