इलाइची पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
केवडा जल - १ छोटा चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी – १/३ कप + तलने अनुसार
दही (ठंडा) – १/२ कप
बरफ़ - ६ क्यूब्स
मैदा - १ कप (१२० ग्राम)

Sugar – 1 cup (200 gm)
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Kewda Jal – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Desi Ghee – 1/3 cup + to deep fry
Curd/ Yogurt (chilled) – ½ cup
Ice-cubes – 6 cubes
All purpose flour – 1 cup (120 gm)
