用韭菜做好的酥皮韭菜馅饼,口感更是鲜香无比,皮酥层次非常丰富,内部饼皮也非常的柔软。酥饼是一款非常好吃的小点心,把油酥包入面皮里,然后通过擀卷来制造层次。
水皮:
中筋面粉:150克
开水:50克
室温水:50克
油皮:
中筋面粉:85克
油:45毫升
韭菜200克
鸡蛋3个
粉丝一小把 30-40克
虾皮5克
蚝油15ml
姜5克
香油(芝麻油)20ml
炒菜油15ml
盐 4-5克
水:20ml
面粉:1小勺
芝麻:适量
Water dough:
All purpose flour: 150g
Boiling water: 50g
Room temperature water: 50g
Oil dough:
All purpose flour: 85g
Oil: 45ml
Garlic chives 200g
3 eggs
vermicelli 30-40g
dried shrimps 5g
oyster sauce 15ml
sesame oil 20ml
vegetable oil 15ml
Water: 1 tbsp
Flour: 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds as needed
