草莓大福 麻曙 皮软糯带Q Strawberry Mochi | Ichigo Daifuku

调了好几次的麻曙 /大福配方,觉得这个跟草莓大福最适合。软糯带点Q的麻曙皮,搭配自制的红豆馅和新鲜的草莓,口感层次很丰富。草莓大福虽然很大颗,但草莓占了大半部分,所以吃起来完全不腻口,室温或冷藏都各有风味。

草莓会出水,所以做好的草莓麻曙建议24小时内吃完。

材料:

1)糯米粉 – 80g
2)玉米淀粉 – 20g
3)糖 – 25g
4)水 – 120g
5)食用油 – 10g
6)糯米粉 – 3 tbsp (熟粉)
7)天然色粉 – 适量
8)红豆馅 – 200g
9)草莓 – 8颗

* 草莓大福跟红豆馅或白芸豆馅都很搭

Strawberry Mochi Ingredients:
1)Glutinous Rice Flour – 80g
2)Corn Starch – 20g
3)Sugar – 25g
4)Water – 120g
5)Cooking OIl – 10g
6)Glutinous Rice Flour – 3 tbsp (Cooked Flour)
7)Red Bean Paste – 200g
8)Strawberries – 8

* This recipe yield 8 mochi.
* You can either use red bean paste or white bean paste in strawberry mochi. Please refer to recipe link above if you plan to make your own filling.
