Hari ni saya nak kongsikan cara untuk membuat biskut coklat berinti nutella yang paling sedap. Nutella boleh digantikan dengan pelbagai jenis inti seperti sapuan hazelnut, peanut, coklat dan sebagainya. Biskut ini juga boleh dibuat tanpa inti dalamnya. Jangan bakar terlalu lama kalau nak inti yang cair. Biskut akan sedikit lembut semasa panas dan akan lebih keras bila sejuk. Pastikan mentega dipanaskan sehingga keperangan untuk mendapatkan biskut yang paling sedap. Selamat mencuba.
0:00 - Sapuan Nutella / Hazelnut
0:17 - Bekukan selama 1 jam
0:21 - 1 Cawan @ 225 gram Mentega
0:32 - Masak sehingga ia menjadi coklat
0:46 - Biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik
0:50 - 2 3/4 Cawan @ 350 gram Tepung Gandum
0:54 - 1 sudu kecil Soda Bikarbonat
0:58 - 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1:02 - 2 Sudu Besar Tepung Jagung
1:06 - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
1:22 - 100 gram Coklat
1:36 - Previously Melted Butter
1:46 - 1 Cawan @ 200 gram Gula Perang
1:50 - 1/4 Cawan @ 50 gram Gula
2:01 - 2 Biji Telur
2:05 - 1 sudu kecil Esen Vanila
2:15 - Previously mixed ingredients
2:28 - Coklat yang dicincang tadi
3:09 - Sejukkan selama 1 jam
4:03 - Bakar 180ºC / 356ºF selama 12 - 15 Minit

Today I want to share how to make the most delicious Nutella stuffed chocolate cookies. Nutella can be substitute with different types of fillings such as hazelnut, peanut, chocolate and so on. This cookie can also be made without the filling inside. Do not bake it for too long if you want the filling a bit melted. The biscuit will be slightly softer when it is hot and will be a bit crusty when it's cold. Make sure the butter is heated until brown to get the most delicious cookies. Good luck.

0:00 - Nutella /Hazelnut Spread
0:17 - Freeze for 1 Hour
0:21 - 1 Cup @ 225 gram Butter
0:32 - Cook until it turns brown
0:46 - Let cool in room temperature
0:50 - 2 3/4 Cup @ 350 gram Wheat Flour
0:54 - 1 teaspoon Soda Bicarbonate
0:58 - 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1:02 - 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
1:06 - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
1:22 - 100 gram Chocolate
1:36 - Previously Melted Butter
1:46 - 1 Cup @ 200 gram Brown Sugar
1:50 - 1/4 Cup @ 50 gram Sugar
2:01 - 2 Eggs
2:05 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2:15 - Previously mixed ingredients
2:28 - Previously chopped Chocolate
3:09 - Chill for 1 Hour
4:03 - Bake 180ºC / 356ºF for 12 - 15 Minutes
