Today, I'll show you how I make a cheesecake, following this recipe by Molala Cook: https://youtu.be/I8CwX5e-5O0

I make some adjustments as I'm using the 7.5-inch pan instead of 6-inch pan in the original recipe, so I multiply all the ingredients by 0.625 (and I think I was wrong - definitely).

Here are the ingredients for this recipe, using 7-inch pan (instruction in the subtitles)
320g cream cheese
160g sugar
160g whipping cream
80g white chocolate
3 egg yolks
14.4g lemon juice
32g corn starch

Sour cream:
112.5g whipping cream
48g lemon juice
80g plain yogurt
