COOK UNTIL CARAMELIZED
POUR INTO MOULD
2 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER
¼ CUP WATER
2 CUP MILK
½ CUP SUGAR
COOK UNTIL BOIL
¼ CUP SEMOLINA / SUJI
COOK FOR 1 MIN. IN LOW HEAT
POUR THE CUSTARD MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
POUR INTO MOULD
TAKE A CURRY PAN
2 CUP HOT WATER
PLACE A WIRE STAND
PLACE THE MOULD
COVER WITH A FOIL
STEAM FOR 30-35 MIN. IN LOW MED. HEAT
PUDDING IS READY
COOL DOWN IN ROOM TEPM.
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS.
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT IN PIECES
