In this video, we're going to talk about cortisol and how to turn off cortisol and stress.

Cortisol is a stress hormone that is made on the outside of the adrenal gland. Cortisol reacts to stress and helps to adapt the body to stress states. All stress is accumulative in the body, and as people experience stress (even though it tends to reduce after some time), it begins to accumulate inside the body as the adrenal gland only has the "ON" switch. What you need to do is manually apply the "OFF" switch to reduce cortisol levels.

To help lower cortisol levels, you can use different acupressure or massage techniques to turn this switch "OFF."
