last time, i made a lot of red perilla juice and jelly, so i made red no-bake cheesecake with red perilla juice ;)
it's sweet and sour and delicious, like a raspberry cake.

ingredients

red perilla jewel orbeez jello ball candy
20g agar powder
200ml water
300ml red perilla juice

no-bake cheesecake
200g cream cheese (at room temperature)
60g granulated sugar
2tbsps lemon juice
200ml fresh cream
about 50ml melted gelatin (50ml hot water and 5g gelatin powder)

other
buckwheat cookies
melted gelatin for coating (5g gelatin powder and 30-50ml hot water and a little white rum or lemon flavor)
