豆豉 1小匙(1 tsp fermented black beans)
姜末 1/2大匙(1/2 tbsp minced ginger)
蚝油 1大匙(1 tbsp oyster sauce)
盐 1/2小匙(1/2 tsp salt)
酱油 1大匙(1 tbsp soy sauce)
辣椒粉 1/4小匙(Chili powder 1/4 tsp)
白胡椒粉 1/4小匙(1/4 tsp white pepper)


麻油 1小匙(1 tsp sesame oil)
生粉 1大匙(1 tbsp cornstarch)

苦瓜 (去核)200克(Bitter melon 200 g)
洋葱 90克(90 g onions)
胡萝卜50克(50g carrots)
西红柿 80克(80 g tomatoes)
米酒2大匙(2tbsp rice wine)
