Ingredients 配方:
Lukewarm water 280 ml(about 35℃) 温水280毫升(约35℃)
Instant dry yeast 3 g 1 tsp 酵母3克
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp) 炒菜油15毫升
All purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cups) 普通中筋350克
Salt 4 g (1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp) 盐4克
Baking soda 0.7 g (1/4 tsp) 苏打粉0.7克
Room temperature water 10 ml 室温水10毫升
Green onion 1-2 (15-20 g) 小葱15-20克
Chives (Chinese Chives) 20 g (optional) 韭菜20克
Some vegetable oil for frying
