덩어리로 구워낸 후 얇은 두께로 잘라 다시 구워 만들어집니다.
버터를 사용하지 않는 거칠고 단단한 원래의 비스코티에서 버터와 아몬드파우더를 더해 부드럽게 변형해 보았습니다.
