Today our pride ladies cooking delicious Bengali traditional style wax gourd gravy curry with Hilsa fish and pulses.

Wax gourd called in Bengali "Chal kumra" and this food called "chal kumrar elish ghonto".

First ladies cutting about 60 Pieces wax gourd into small small pieces. Then they cutting & cleaning hilsa/elish fish.

Then they started cooking with all types of spice ingredient and mixed up pulses wax gourd and hilsa fish.

After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people and school kids.

Today in our program some school children join to eat.
