Ingredients :
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
30g /2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
70ml corn oil (玉米油)
100ml Milk(鲜奶)
1 tbsp/15 ml vinegar (白醋)
1/2 tsp red food colouring (食用红色素)
100g /3/4 cup plain flour(普通面粉)
10g / 1 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)

5 egg whites (蛋白)
80g /1/3 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)

Cream cheese filling (奶油芝士馅):
200g / 7 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)芝士
50g / 2 1/2 tbsp Butter (牛油)
40g /1/4 cup icing sugar (糖粉)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
120ml / 1/2 cup whipped cream (打起动物性鲜奶油)鲜奶油
