趁现在手上还有榴莲,赶快尝试这个食谱,“榴莲芝士蛋糕”。做法简单直接,不用烤箱。全程过程最难的应该是开榴莲了,感谢妈妈哥哥帮我开新鲜榴莲,哈哈。这芝士蛋糕不只外部,内部也有满满的鲜榴莲果肉。顶部还用挖球造型布置,模具尺寸刚刚好可以放置7颗球,我的幸运号码,好舒服漂亮~ 这次采用两种不同的榴莲品种来制作,让蛋糕口味更多层次,浓厚香甜带点苦尾味的榴莲,清新酸的柠檬,香脆的杏仁片,加上咸香的消化饼底,再度增添口感,超好吃~ 榴莲控一定要尝试!
收藏方式:做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天,取决于鲜榴莲本身可以存放多久。
While you still have durian on hand, try this recipe, "Durian Cheesecake". The method is simple and straightforward, no oven needed. The most difficult part of the whole process is to open the durian. Thank you my mum and bro for helping me open the fresh durian, haha. So satisfying and beautiful~ This time I use two different types of durian variety, which enhance even more layers of flavors, rich sweet with tiny bitter after taste of durian, refreshing tangy lemon, crispy almond flakes, with salty digestive biscuits base, again enhance taste to another level, super delicious~ Durian lovers must try!
Storage Method: Keep in airtight container and chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fresh durian can last.
