Ingredients for the apple cake (pan size 18cm / 7in)
1 cup = 240ml

2 - 3 medium size apples, cored and sliced
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinanmon powder
Combine and microwave for 2 - 3 minutes

The cake batter
2 eggs
100g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp melted butter (45ml)
3 tbsp milk (45ml)

160g all purpose flour (1 1/3 cup)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
