Pablo's is located in Falmouth, Trelawny off the old Falmouth road. Chef Pablo throws down some wicked dishes that are fresh and out of this world with natural flavor. The Coconut dumplings is something not found everywhere and has unique taste and texture in comparison to our traditional flower or cornmeal dumplin. Yes in Jamaica we say dumplin not dumplings. The first time I ever ate lion fish Pablo was the chef that prepared it for me years after we meet again through mutual friends and his cooking hasn't disappointed.
