【Ingredients】Menchi Katsu (8pieces)
• 1/2 Onion
• 300g of Minced meat
• Salt & Pepper & Nutmeg
• 1 Egg
• 5tbs of Bread crumbs
•1tbs of Ketchup
[Batter]
•5tbs of Flour
•1 Egg
• 5tbs of Bread crumbs
[Sauce]
2tbs of Ketchup 1tbs of Worcestershire
(2tbs of Mayo + 1tbs of Sweet chili)
