I prepare the ham hock according to my dad's recipe - I never fail. It is fantastic!

Ingredients:
pork ham hock - 1 piece
water - 1.5 l (3.31 lb)
salt - 7 g (0.25 oz)
black peppercorns - 10 g (0.35 oz)
bay leaves - 3 pieces
TO BOIL 20 MIN

onion - 1 piece
tomatoes - 1 piece
green bell pepper - 1 piece
red bell pepper - 1 piece
garlic - 3 cloves
potatoes - 300 g (10.6 oz)

for the sauce:
olive oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
tomato paste - 25 g (0.9 oz)
soy sauce - 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
lemon juice - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika - 3 g (0.11 oz)
coriander - 5 g (0.18 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180°C (356 °F)/45 MIN
