- Carrot 46g (1.6oz)
- Paprica 50g (1.7oz)
- Spinach 15g (0.5oz)
- Eggs 3ea
- Olive oil 1 tsp


❐ How to Cook ❏
1. Peel off carrot and chop to little pieces
2. Chop paprica and spinach leaves
3. Put chopped vegatables in bowl and put wrap on. Microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Sir 3 eggs
5. Mix eggs and chopped vegatables
6. Add olive oil to hot pan
7. Pour mix and cook thoroughly
