Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Microwave Omelette In Mug:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ or to taste
-Chicken sausages chopped 1-2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Cheese grated 1 tbs

Vegetable Quesadilla:
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Tortillas
-Cheese grated as required
Cheese Macaroni:
-Macaroni ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Water ¾ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs or as required
-Cream 2 tbs
-Cheddar & mozzarella cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
Mug Omelette:
-In a bowl,add eggs,milk,salt,black pepper powder & whisk well.
-Add chicken sausages,capsicum,onion,fresh coriander,cheese & mix well.
-Microwave for 2-3 minutes (medium power).
-Serve with bread & tea!
Vegetable Quesadilla:
-In a bowl,add capsicum,onion,corns kernels,cabbage,fresh coriander,green chilli,paprika powder, garlic powder,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,salt,cooking oil & mix well.
-Grease tortilla with cooking oil & flip the side.
-Add cheese,prepared vegetable filling,cheese & cover with another tortilla.
-Microwave for 2-3 minutes (medium power).
-Cut & serve!
Cheese Macaroni:
-In a bowl,add macaroni,salt,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,water,cooking oil & mix well.
-Microwave for 3-4 minutes (medium power).
-Take out from microwave & mix well.
-Add milk,cream,cheddar & mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-Microwave for 1-2 minutes (medium power).
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Bread & chai ka saath serve karein!
Vegetable Quesadilla:
-Bowl mein shimla mirch,pyaz,corn kernels,band gobhi,hara dhania,hari mirch,paprika powder, lehsan powder,zeera,lal mirch powder,namak aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tortilla ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur side ko flip ker lein.
-Cheese,tayyar vegetable filling aur cheese dal ker dosra tortilla rakh dein.
