配料:面粉130克,鸡蛋2个,黑糖2块(约40克),
黄油25克,牛奶90克,泡打粉7克
注意事项:
鸡蛋要常温的,冰箱拿出来的鸡蛋要放到常温状态
才可以用哦,不然会影响马拉糕的发酵。泡打粉也
可以换成5克泡打粉加1克酵母,但是需要发酵30分
钟后再上锅蒸。
