配料:枇杷花20克,骨头400克,无花果4颗,
蜜枣1颗,盐3克
注意事项:
枇杷花不需要放很多,炖汤1L水放20克,煲汤
2.5L水放30克煲剩1.5L左右,放太多味道太
浓反而不好喝。骨头可以换成其他肉类。
