配料:牛肉200克,乌江萝卜2包,青红椒、蒜适量,
蚝油20克,料酒20克,淀粉5克,食用油10克,黑胡
椒粉2克,另干淀粉适量
注意事项:
1、牛肉要选里脊肉或者梅条肉,有时间的多腌一会。
2、一定要拍松,如果牛肉没有拍松,最后炸出来
会比较柴。
