配料:油豆腐1斤,糯米150克,肉沫100克,腊肠1根,
香菇3颗,笋干50克,豌豆100克,生抽10克,盐5克,
胡椒粉3克,鱼露几滴
注意事项:
糯米最少浸泡3个小时以上,配料可以根据自己喜欢
做调整,大火蒸30分钟,中间注意加水,锅里水不要
烧干咯。
