"Ribs Festival" of Santa Vittoria di Gualtieri (Reggio Emilia - ITALY) on 25 June.
Over 4 quintals of ribs have been skewered in 14 iron spears and placed on 4 gigantic grids which, thanks to the electric motors, rotate on themselves, cooking the meat on a wood fire.
This unique cooking system in the world was designed by the engineer Giulio Bernardi aka Lu Re

The festival took place in the courtyard of the ancient Greppi palace. And it is promoted by the volunteers of the various associations of the city and carried out for a totally charitable purpose.

Sagra della Costina di Santa Vittoria di Gualtieri (Reggio Emilia) del 25 giugno
Oltre 4 quintali di costine sono state infilzate nelle 14 lance di ferro e sistemate sulle 4 gigantesce griglie che grazie ai motori elettrici, ruotano su se stesse cuocendo la carne su fuoco a legna.
Questo sistema di cottura è stato ideato e costruito dall’ Ingegnere Giulio Bernardi “Lu Re”

La Sagra si è svolta nel cortile dell’antico palazzo Greppi. Ed è promossa dai volontari delle varie associazioni del paese e realizzata a scopo totalmente benefico.
