[INDONESIAN]
Resep Puff Pastry Fruit Pie (untuk 6 porsi)

Bahan:
Puff pastry
Tepung terigu
Mentega

Bahan pastry cream:
350 ml susu
75 gr Krim Kafe Kapal Api
60 gr gula pasir
2 butir kuning telur
30 gr maizena
30 gr mentega tawar
1 sdt perisa vanila
⅓ sdt garam

Topping:
Kiwi, potong
Stroberi, potong
Blueberry, potong
Jeruk kaleng

Bahan lainnya:
2 sdt bubuk jelly
300 ml air

Langkah:
1. Untuk pastry cream, panaskan susu dan Krim Kafe Kapal Api hingga sedikit mendidih lalu di wadah terpisah, campurkan kuning telur, gula pasir, maizena, dan garam, aduk rata
2. Tuang campuran susu yang sudah panas secara perlahan sambil di aduk lalu masak kembali di dalam panci yang sama hingga mengental
3. Masukkan mentega dan perisa vanila, aduk rata lalu masukkan ke dalam mangkuk sambil di saring. Tutup dengan cling wrap, dinginkan
4. Setelah dingin, aduk pastry cream dengan balloon whisk hingga lembut
5. Untuk puff pastry, taburkan sedikit tepung terigu lalu pipihkan dengan rolling pin
6. Potong puff pastry seukuran loyang yang digunakan, lebihkan sedikit
7. Oles loyang dengan mentega lalu tepung terigu, ratakan
8. Simpan puff pastry ke dalam loyang lalu tusuk-tusuk dengan garpu
9. Tumpuk dengan kertas roti dan piring atau pemberat lalu panggang di suhu 190°C selama 25 menit
10. Setelah dingin, masukkan pastry cream lalu susun buah-buahan sebagai topping
11. Masak jelly dengan air kemudian oleskan ke dalam buah
12. Puff pastry fruit pie siap disajikan

Fruit Pie Puff Pastry Recipe (yield 6 servings)

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
Flour
Butter

Pastry Cream ingredients:
350 ml milk
75 g Kapal Api Krim Kafe
60 g sugar
2 pc egg yolk
30 g cornstarch
30 g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ tsp salt

Topping:
Kiwi, sliced
Strawberry, sliced
Blueberry, sliced
Canned orange

Other ingredients:
2 tsp jelly powder
300 ml water

Steps:
1. For the Pastry Cream, heat the milk and Kapal Api Krim Kafe until simmering. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and salt well.
2. Pour the simmering milk mixture slowly into the bowl as you stir. Then, place it back in the pan and cook until thickened.
3. Add butter and vanilla extract. Mix well, then sift and transfer to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
4. After it’s chilled, stir the Pastry Cream with a balloon whisk until smooth.
5. For the puff pastry, dust it with flour and flatten with a rolling pin.
6. Slice the puff pastry a little bit bigger than the baking pan.
7. Spread butter on the pan and dust it with flour evenly.
8. Place the puff pastry in the pan, then poke holes in it with a fork.
9. Layer it with baking paper and a plate or weights, then bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
10. After the pastry cools down, add the Pastry Cream and assemble the fruits on top.
11. Cook the jelly with water, then brush it on top of the fruits.
12. Fruit Pie Puff Pastry is ready to serve.
