Shortcrust pastry:
100 gr of granulated sugar
4 g of salt
1 egg (50 gr)
1 sachet of pure vanilla or Vanillina
half a lemon zest
200 g of butter
300 gr of flour 00

Rice cream:
700 ml of fresh milk
half a lemon peel
1 vanilla bean
3 yolks (60 gr)
100 gr of granulated sugar
20 gr of 00 flour
120 gr of rice
60 g of butter
4 g of salt
3 eggs (150 gr)
