红丝绒戚风蛋糕 | 简单的奶油奶酪霜制作和装饰 | Red Velvet Chiffon Cake
这是个6寸的蛋糕,基底是戚风蛋糕
1. Cake base蛋糕基底:
* 40g Melted Unsalted butter 无盐黄油
* 50g Milk 牛奶 3tbsp+1tsp
* 50g Cake flour 低筋面粉 1/3cup+1/2tbsp
* 5g Cocoa powder 可可粉 2/3tbsp
* 1tbsp Red velvet bakery emulsion 红丝绒精华液 15ml
* 3pcs Eggs 鸡蛋
* 2g Lemon juice 柠檬汁 1/2tsp
* 45g Sugar 糖 1/8cup+1tbsp+1tsp
* 5g Corn starch 玉米淀粉 1tsp
2.Cream奶油霜:
* 220g Cream cheese 奶油奶酪
* 35g Sugar 糖 1/8cup+1/2tbsp
* 220g Heavy whipping cream 淡奶油 1cup
蛋糕模具 cake pan size :6x3inch (15cm)
Preheat the Oven 150°C(300℉)baking for 45 minutes
烤箱预热150°C(300℉)烤45分钟
