200g butter （牛油）
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
4 large eggs（鸡蛋）
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder (发粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
150g mashed pumpkin（南瓜泥)
50g (1/3 cup) toasted sunflower seeds （烘香葵花籽）

80g raw pumpkin, peeled and diced （生南瓜，去皮后切丁）
Some sunflower seeds （适量葵花籽）

Bake at 170°C for 70 minutes
