Ingredients (材料):

Poolish (液种):
60g bread flour / high protein flour (面包粉/高筋面粉)
1/4 tsp /1g Instant yeast (即溶酵母)
60g water (水)

Main dough (主面团):
250g bread flour or high protein flour (面包粉/高筋面粉)
50g plain flour (普通面粉)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tbsp milk powder (奶粉)
1 tsp / 3g instant yeast (即溶酵母)
1/2 tsp sea salt (海盐)
120ml cold water (冷水)
1 large egg (鸡蛋)~ grade A

40g Butter (牛油)

Some butter , sugar and almond flakes (适量牛油,糖和杏仁片)
