1. LATERAL RAISES: targets your middle delt
2. ROTATOR CUFF: so important to train and warm up effectively!
3. FRONT RAISES: targets your front raise, if performed inverted it will hit your chest too.
4. FLIES: target your rear delts
5. MILITARY PRESS: challenging, targets all delts. Try and avoid bouncing too much when performing this exercise btw !
