➤ 재료 (1인분 기준)
- 양배추 200g
- 베이컨 4줄
- 계란 1개
- 마늘 2개
- 굴소스 1큰술
- 밥 1공기
- 참기름 1작은술 (선택)
- 파슬리
- 후추
- 식용유
➤ 베이컨이 들어가서 짠맛이 충분하지만, 부족하다고 느끼시면 굴소스는 살짝 더 넣으시거나 소금간을 추가하시면 됩니다
➤ 베이컨 대신 닭가슴살을 넣고 간을 약하게 하면 다이어트 식단으로도 좋아요
