Raspberry cheesecake recipe (15cm)
- Raspberry puree:
100g raspberries
40g sugar
10ml lemon juice + 1tbsp water

- The base:
120g Oreo cookies
10ml milk

- The filling:
200g cream cheese
100g yogurt (full fat Greek yogurt)
80g condensed milk
100ml heavy cream
20g sugar
2 gelatine sheets
70g raspberry puree

- The jelly:
The rest of raspberry puree + 50ml hot water
1 gelatine sheet
